We have released the Ahnames ticketing system update that is meant to make the communication between you and our tech support as convenient as possible. The following features, additions and improvements were added to the updated ticketing system:
Improved search filter
Two new filter options are available: sorting by period and by ticket status. You can also customize the filter option by selecting only the necessary parameters.
Set a reminder not to forget about important tickets. You will receive a reminding letter with established frequency to your email or via the ticket panel.
All correspondence is available in new format: the messages from selected sender are highlighted, hide/show message option is added. Preview option and the possibility to use dokuwiki syntax is also available. Attached images are displayed in pop-up window and correspondence update takes place in real time.
More ticket information
The customer can now view such useful information as ticket status, the person responsible for it and the amount of time spent.
New subsection "Ticket configuration" is added. There you can specify the email for receiving tickets, as well as notification method (to receive full message text or a link to the message in the ticket).
Another useful option — writing ticket messages directly via email, without the necessity to log into control panel, as well as "Close ticket" button on the page of selected ticket.
